Started cleaning up the steering column from my car. Noted that the lower internal spacer tube dust seal is missing (this seal is shown in an old parts catologue) Appears to be old adhesive inside this spacer tube so take it that the seal has fallen apart or fell out when I replaced the steering box years ago. I have checked many parts suppliers but haven't noted this part. Does anyone know if it is available? If not available any suggestions of a homemade version of this part. Have attached a few photos https://docs.google.com/...8/edit?usp=docslist_api

Weren't they a felt seal? Have a very vague memory of one there, been a long time though. |
