Hi All

Is there a different chassis for a 6 cyl and a 8 cyl in a HJ ute.

The reason for asking is that there is a HJ ute I have seen at a reasonable price with a 6 cyl in it.

I am wondering whether an 8 cyl can be put into it or if a chassis swap/engineering is required? If it is too hard, I wouldnt bother.

Thanks in advance.
A GTS/4 is a monaro - so nuuur

No, exactly the same. Front springs differ depending upon air, and engine size, and there are differing ADR's designated by AHJ and BHJ but physically they are identical.
