I have a 327 block that I would like to ID. Engine number is 3274***5T07I3H5 (Stamped into the block).
Casting numbers are T14 CONV1 GM8914660 H2660638
Any ideas???????

It is a Dandenong HK GTS327 block (if the number stamps are original) from a 3rd (last) batch of early type GTS327 engines. Normally found in approx. October to December 1968 HK GTS327. |

Thanks for the info...it matches up with what we were told. The stamping seems to be authentic as well.

I'd say it is too by the way you have typed one of the characters. If you get me the 3 missing digits i'll see if we can nail the car it came from. If that car is still around the block would be worth really good $ to the car's owner. |
