i have a 350 in HK with old 333882 pollution heads.i have been offered a good set of 14014416 heads at a good price.
there are some good write up`s on the 416`s & just after peoples opinions on what they think they`d be like on my motor.cam specs 444/447,214/224@50,lobe seperation 112,just a weekend cruiser not after big horsepower

Those are 305 heads and I seriously doubt they'd fit a 350. I had a 283 in a Nissan patrol once and tried to fit 305 heads but the water passages were too close to even the 283's 3.875" bore, so on a 350 with 4" bore they'd be way into the cylinder.
If they do fit you will be going from 76cc heads to 59cc heads, so probably jump to over 11:1 compression. Sort of like whacking a 161 head on a 202 (which is what an LJ XU1 is).
I'd be talking to Eagle about some Vortec or Dart heads. Less than $1500 a pair ready to go. |

Just make sure whatever heads you choose suit your manifold too. I'd do some research on the 305 heads as well, I don't know if the heads I used were the same cast number as the ones you are looking at. |
