All, restoring my (late 68) HK GTS186S and wondering what the original brake set up would have been? What was in the car when I bought it 22yrs ago is Aust made PBR 6613 master cylinder and Aust made PBS VH305 booster with the direct push rod, not lever type. rH inner guard has the dimple for the booster clearance. from what I can tell from various forums the booster could have been factory fitted but the master cylinder was likely aftermarket - it would have had a big nut master cylinder originally? Is this correct? And if so what style big nut should I look for , the rounded reservoir one or the squarer one? I don't have any date code info but car was a Dandenong build if that helps at all.
thanks, Simon.

There's a discussion and a picture here: http://www.fastlane.com....t30772_Brougham-MC.aspx
I'm puzzled about how to share previous posts, so if the link doesn't work just search in Technical for Brougham MC.
