Stock HK Brougham - 307 - powerglide - pink tailshaft with 22.8 stencilled on it.

A friend of mine is asking what the 22.8 means, any advice would be appreciated.

Probably the completion date. Correct tailshaft for HK-HT 307 auto banjo and HT-HG 253 4spd.

The paint is pretty bad, a bit hard to tell what shade of pink it is.
