What is the recommended sealant when installing the wiper arm pivots? I have windscreen sealant and was planning to use it on the pivot install. Noted that the original sealant was more of a grey mastic/putty type of sealer. Is there a better sealant for this than the windscreen sealant, which can also be used in other areas on the body where a sealant is required e.g. installing tail lights, the stainless steel mouldings that hold the side window rubber system on the Monaro or other areas.
