eBay seller claims to have an X2 shell with paint code that was only applied
to X2 HR's.
Paint 587 1702
Trim 1148 F42
Can anyone confirm the colour and claim.

The code is Tennyson Turquoise. It is a late HR colour.
The insert code 160 means it was 186 manual, not an X2.

Looked at the add
He seems to make a big thing out of nothing with the x on the steering box and also the
D stamp after TOP. I believe this just means it had a vinyl roof which you can see from the front pillars and around the window aperture's that it once had one fitted.
The only thing X2 about it is the new badge he admits to buying to see if it lines up with the holes in the boot which is not the original boot as it's a different colour to the rest of the car.
Some folks can spin a good yarn.
