Looking at purchasing a HD ute that dose not have seat belts of any type is it possible to successfully fit belts?
If so what type lap sash ? Or Inertia? And what would be involved in fitting do not think their is any anchor points?
Thanks Graham

An HD will have seatbelt anchorage points already fitted in the floor, but you will need to drill the B-pillar for the sash section of the belt to attach to.

In NSW ALL new seatbelt installations need to be fitted by an RMS approved fitter, I'm not sure what the rules are in Victoria.

You will need extra fittings (& maybe engineering certification) to enable inertia type belts to be fitted.

If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0
