Hi everyone,

I'm trying to search for a replacement for a part which is located near the oil filter, but search has been a bit difficult since I don't know its name.
Could anyone give me a hint on the purpose/name of the part as shown in below picture? It seems to me this is the source of an oil leak that I'm seeking to fix.
Thanks!

Peter

I suggest you go to a Holden dealer and ask to look at the MICROCAT picture of the filter 12605566. The filter seems to sit in the block with a cap and "O" ring. Maybe the ring is worn or missing.
