Hi all,

i have some Holden V8 manifolds lying around and want to sort out whats what,

Holden 4BBL 2812094
Holden 4BBL 2823087
Holden 4BBL 9929853
Holden 4BBL 9932890
Holden 4BBL no cast number, just a casting of the letter X

Holden 2BBL 2805483
Holden 2BBL 9932888
Holden 2BBL 994569? ( raised casting on the last number not the best, looks like an 8 or a 9,)

The 28 numbers on the 4BBL will probably be HT-HG and HQ respectively, and the 280 2BBL HT-HG.
The 992 manifold will probably be LH-HJ and early LX.
The 993 manifolds will be HX and later LX.

Photos will help immensely.

2812094 is HQ 308
9929853 is LH/early LX 308
2805483 is HQ 253.

Can't help with the others.

Photos will solve it immediately. Geoff, 9929853 is also HJ (most will be from HJ as there are far more 308's in HJ than in LH-LX). The difference between this one and a HQ example is a tapped hole for (from memory) the return spring for the cable throttle.

HJ? That's all a bit too modern for me Byron. Even LH/LX was a stretch.
