HI , just got my LH out to put back on the road .......front seat belts (Retracting Rainsford's) will not lock ? even when jamming the brakes on....any ideas ???Thanks Mark.

WB has the solution right there. Haha.

But seriously, obviously the internal brake (catch) has seized from lack of use. When your standing next to the car (ie not whilst driving) I'd work the seatbelt in and out and at various points give it hard yanks. If it doesn't free up after doing that for a while (and then work everytime) you got to replace or get them fixed, not safe at all
