Hi All,
I have an EH special sedan which has a modified holden 6 with an M20 4 speed with the separate reverse lever. I need to replace the speedo cable and am wondering if anyone knows which cable it might use? I gather it's not the original cable as EH never came out with this gearbox. Any ideas?

The best off-the-shelf cable to use would be from the LC/LJ Torana 6-cyl 3-sp manual, Trimatic or 4-sp Aussie gearbox. Its genuine part no. is 2817827. I'm pretty sure Rares has this part. Most people try to use the cable off the larger HK/T/G Holden with the same gearboxes, because it has the same end fittings, but oddly that cable is shorter than the Torana item.
