Hi, I want to move the TOP INLET from the RIGHT SIDE to the LEFT SIDE and the BOTTOM outlet from the LEFT SIDE to the RIGHT SIDE. The transmission cooler is on the LEFT side. Would that change cause any MAJOR problems? Thanks

No. They normally spin the top tank around and blank the holes but just move the bottom spout.
From what you are saying you want to convert a Holden V8 radiator to a 6cyl or SBC radiator?

To a sbc engine. So let me see if I understand.... If I spin the top tank around, the inlet will now be facing outward. I will then remove the inlet, block it off, cut a new hole on the Left side and weld the spout. Is that correct?

Yes, I think that is how they do it. You could also find a 6cyl HD radiator and the spouts are in the right spot for a SBC, but need to be bigger.
Normally you move the bottom spout to the top and put a new (bigger) one on the bottom for a SBC so they are the right size.
Note also for an iron headed 350 or bigger a 3 row V8 radiator may be too small, you will need a new 4 row.
