Hi All I am just wondering if anybody would know why there are 2 sizes of spacers for the front cross member mounting?
In HT parts book it lists 7449133 5.15" and 7449134 5.40" a 1/4" difference between the two
I have a set of each and am just wondering which set to fit to my HT Brougham 308 with factory air as when i stripped the car down some 25 years ago i didnt label which set came out of the Brougham
Also does anybody have any suggestions on how to remove the oil filler tube from the timing case so i can replate it
Cheers

I have never had to attempt that job but if it is anything like the 6 cylinder Holden then I suggest a pair of lock jaw pliers , covering the jaws with a rag . Do not use a lot of pressure and wiggle it and use a hammer on the pliers , tapping upwards until it comes free .
