Hi, I am hoping someone can help me with dating a 3 speed gearbox. I am trying to date a couple to see if they are a close enough match to my HD. The casting mark doesn’t seem to follow a similar pattern to engine castings, is there a list somewhere? One has 15 W 66 cast into it and the other 5 V 95, the v is not easy to read so could be something else.
