have used various types... for both road and track and in my opinion here is what i think...
use urethane ( I prefer SuperPro or Whitelene, not Nolathane) for the small rear sway bar link bushes and the panhard rod ends
also use urethane for the spring insulators....
and
rubber for the bottom suspension arm... with the non-voided 'so called Brocky' bush in the front of the arms, voided factory bushes in the axle bracket


but for the street, an argument rages about the top (short) suspension arm. I f you go for an adjustable in length after market arm, ALL will
have urethane bushes BOTH ends of the arm. But I have heard of the top arms tearing the floor bracket off if the bushes are urethane ...
I would go top arms with rubber bushes in a streeter

my Commodore race car is VERY different and set up for circuit work.... hard but supple (and won't bore you with the details)
