I cannot answer your question but a genuine Holden workshop manual may be useful. When I wanted the Holden HQ ute factory workshop manual supplement, the National Library of Australia made me a copy and sent it as a pdf file for little cost, although it was not a large volume. A quick search on the site showed the EJ manual and the EH supplement. Within the sites below, there is a link to click on to request a copy.
