6 Months ago parked my old truck in the shed, 253 5 speed. Last week decided was time to fire it up, battery was weak before parking so didn't worry about a charger as just thought I would put a new one in it. Anyway first I tried power pack to jump start and surprisingly it would crank but not fire. I swapped battery with another car which was quite new still no start, prior to parking it up starter motor was at times making a clicking noise so I decided to put a new starter in as well thinking this may be the issue not enough torque to fire it up. Still no cigar, checked 3 spark plugs no spark, changed coil and the module in the Bosch electronic dizzy still no cigar. Dizzy cap seems fine. Its getting fuel into the carbie , other than check the lead from coil to dizzy I am a bit of loss thinking maybe electrical? It was running fine prior and would often sit for weeks etc before being started and would sometimes be hard to start but would always eventually turn over, on two occasions leading up to its 6 month slumber it would not restart when taken for a run and engine still hot/warm but eventually kicked over.

I am thinking electrical as I am out of ideas .
