Both HQ Statesman models were standard with manual gearbox. The rare one is a V8 one optioned with L31, it came standard with M21 4spd. This car has one mechanical option, M20 4spd which came standard with bucket seats and console shift. It wasn’t common but not exactly rare compared to a 308 one or a 350 example.

Do you know of any 350 Statesmans(or a 350 LS Monaro) with a Muncie factory fitted?
