Gents, how can i id this gearbox? and are there other requirements to fit this to a 202 in the hq? eg cross member & driveshaft length. And is there anything i should look out for on this box b4 i buy it.

It should bolt up, but note that the blue and black motors use a bigger clutch plate and hence the flywheel has the pressure plate bolts further out to suit. This means you might have to use the VC-VK flywheel, unless the gearbox spline is the same as an |

i'd obviously need to replace my bench seat for sum buckets? as i've got column shift 3spd and don't wanna lose the seating.

Your best option then is an M22 aussie 4-speed with HQ-WB bench seat shifter, and stick a 3.08 or 2.78 diff in it. Your 4th gear will be basically the same overall ratio as 5th in a 5-speed, and 1st will be about the same as an M20 with a 3.55 diff. |
