Does anyone know of a satisfactory tool to reach the top fuel pump bolt on a Ford Cleveland (XC) with the air conditoining and power steering installed????? I have tried everything I have in my tool box.

I think I am going to have to remove the power steering pump, grrrrrrrrr.

Bill, don't remove the power steer pump, just loosen it a bit and slide it across. That should give you enough room. Open ender spanner is probably the best tool to use.

Done, thanks Paul. Only I dont have much clearance now between the power steering belt and the bottom radiator hose. Because the high volume (Holley) pump has a mush larger diameter than the stock pump, its almost touching. I guess they make all of the af

Are you trying from underneath? Or from the top? You need to go from underneath.
