Hello Everybody,
I want to weld a pair of HT Holden engine mounting brackets to a hot rod engine tube.
I have been told to remove an old pair from a crossmember but I would like to use new material so does anyone in the Holden spare parts industry know if they are available new.
Thanks
Elvis.

i don't know off hand who may produce them but if you are attaching the chassis side of standard HT mounts to a tube will they be in the correct position anyway? unless the tube mounting point sits in the exact same position (compared to the motor) as the

You've jumped the gun with this, Your going to have to sit the block with old engine mounts in position mounted on a trolley jack, level every thing up making sure the chassis also is on a level playing field.
With this all done, you then build the cross

Rare spares used to make weld on mounts to suit red motors into pre EH Holdens. These should do the same job as red 6's and 253/308's sit on the same crossmember mounts.

I couldn't find them on this site, but I know they used to have them. I think I got some years ago from American Auto Parts in Homebush.
