Statesman sills are definately longer - same length as a wagon.

From memory when we had 2 sets of stainless sill trims, the stato ones were about 4" longer than the prems, which is around the 100mm you are missing.

I'd simply return them to rare spa

The Statesman, wagon, ute and van wheelbases are the same in a HQ-HZ. The odd ones out are the tonner (longer) and the sedan (shorter). The sills you have are sedan. As per Mick's reply you need Statesman or Wagon sills. Take them back. Give Greg

I bought a rust repair section from rare spares a few years back for a HX sedan lower qtr panel and ended up taking it back.
Would have needed as much rework to put the wheel arch bead into it and make it fit as it would have taken to make a panel from s
