hi all thanks for the info on compliance plate nos helps heaps to know what i have actually got or should have. now comes the rebuild. it has electric windows and they are all very slow and sticky what is the likey problem and best fix, http://photobucket.com/albums/c8/potfare/?

There are 2 likely problems.
One is a build up of old grease and dirt in the window winder mechanisms inside your doors. The main reason Electric Windows stuff up is that peopel don't use them, so the grease on the mechanisms dries out a bit and the me

Try all the above, but also on the doors just below the locking meck, there's a phillips screw that holds the window runner. lossen this a few turns and move the glass up and down a few times so it self centres the runner. This is to ajust the runner and

I found the graphite powder works a treat. Can get a bit messy if you don't use it properly. Don't use any WD40 or CRC as you will get dirt and crap stuck in the channels.
The powder is available at most good auto stores.

You can get stuff called Dry Lube in Hardware stores and, probably, Target/BigW, etc.
It is also good for sticky desk drawers, etc as it doesn't attract dust.
As HZ Ged said, don't put anything oily/sticky on the Bailey Channel as it will attract di
