G'day all,
I need some advice here, I have a set of lowered springs for the tonner, but they are V8 ones that I intended to put in when I put the V8 in at the end of the year, the problem is I need the suspension done now, as the bushes are all shot to pieces, what I need to know is can I have the lowered springs put in while I'm getting the bushes done, or will this somehow adversely affect anything?, as I will have V8 springs but only a 6 cyl engine for about 9 months or so. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.Russ.

With the V8 lowered springs fitted the car will sit at normal height with the 6 in it,will ride a bit firmer(not a bad thing)
so it is not a problem but remember to loosen all wishbone rubbers
when u fit the V8 to stop any twisting on rubbers when car s

Also remember to get a wheel alignment when you do put the 8 in her Russ so it is right at the height it usually sits at...

Cheers...Dave
