any of you guys able to tell me how I can check if the motor in my HG is it's original one without having the logbooks? Eng No 308H30425, Body No 24867S. The car has been off the road and unreg since Jan 1980, still has a NSW rego sticker on with that same eng No. Also info on where it was built etc if at all possible. Thanks in advance.

Pagewood, Sydney built. Pretty close to the original engine number. I can check for you but I need the VIN number (ie skinny plate). |

Model: 81469GR Body: 24925S Trim: 1192-18M Paint: 568-11401 Top: Blank
Odd that the body numbers are different on each plate. Any way you can look up what options this ca

I'll find out for you about the motor. Numbers are fine as is. Pagewood BODY number and PSN (yours is H670912) didn't line up until late HQ, and even then not for vans and tonners as the BODY plate was from Elizabeth (Adelaide) and the VIN from Pagewood.
