You should have a hole there allready.
Have a look from inside the boot and see if you have 3 nuts welded to the parcel shelf (1 in the middel and 1 on each side).
If you dont the best way would be to drill a hole in the middle of the shelve and get a p

thanks gmh1975. no bolts there, but will do as you say and put one in! selling the mazda 3 and upgrading to the torana to save some money. m0

Go to Repco and buy the kit $14.00-20.00. It will give you the correct size plate 75x75x3mm that is required and will also give you the adapter from old to new style capsule and seat hooks. Do not mount it near where you have mounted speakers, judge for y
