Hey Guys
I have just upgraded the brakes on my Xb Falcon to Xd Discs.Ive changed over the mastercylinder, booster and all lines.Im having trouble getting the air out of them.Ive followed the manual on how to bleed them but nothing seems to be happening, the resevoir is still remaining full. Any advice would be muchly appreciated.

Cheers Jack

Thanks: 1 times
Have you loosened the bleeder screw on the calipers? Are you using a bleeding tool?

Was thanked: 5 time(s) in 5 post(s)
Try using a piece of vacuum hose about 300mm long, open bleeder connect hose to bleeder and drop other end into a bottle or similar,
then pump until fluid comes out keeping master cyl full this always works.

if it ain't broke we can improve it.

I finally found the problem,
After pulling apart the lines there were a couple of blockages.
I cleaned them out and now its all working fine.

Thanks for the help!
Cheers Jack
