wh statesman v6 supercharged.currently disconected and dash shows 3 lights on.

$700 for Holden to do it..and this is one case where they should do it because you have to replace it with the exact same part (I was told there is 5 or 6 different ones)..and the number is on the bottom and you cant see it until you get the part out...co

yea i was thinking same thing.I took car last week to gm to put on computer and they came up with abs module and disconected it to see if anything else went wrong for a week before they started pulling car apart. So far only 3 lights on dash any car seems

If youre in Sydney I supply & fit these for $399.00 with 2 years warranty.

I keep all the various part numbers & have a Tech 2 analyser.

ECM Removal and Installation Procedures
The ECM is located on the Hydraulic Modulator in front of the brake master cylinder.
The ECM for ABS and Traction Control is different to the ECM for ABS Only Systems.
The ABS and Traction Control ECM for manual

Hi luketroth.

We fit a lot of these units & you are correct about the bad earth connection, Ive seen that re-occur twice.

Weve found this can all be done without diconnecting the brake lines & therefore no need to bleed system, quicker & cleaner.
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0

You know what I hate?...finding a good deal AFTER you needed it...unfortunately I got it done when my gearbag was getting done and the next time it stuffs up I'm burning the car..so its good to know you do it nice and cheap Dr. Terry...just wish I had bot

which loose ground are you refferieng too?? My lights come on intermitently, wanna sus out everything i can before replacing it. I have a 99 VT II V6 S/C.
V6 S/C, 10PSI boost, 1:9 Rockers, Type S CAI, Twin redback catback, Cooler plugs, Top gun Leads.

can i remove the abs moduile and replace it , but drive the car without it in there,
