1986 Mitsubishi Colt MAKE AN OFFER!

4speed manual spliter (high and low range, so 8 speed really)

out of rego (NT)

double interlocking engine imobiliser/kill switch setup.

as is (99.999% ready for rego, just needs to be taken to get a roadworthy)
dec 2004 had following work done....
new gearbox
new clutch (heavy duty)
new pressure plate
new flywheel (lightened sports)
new webber carby (conversion to 2.0litre equivilent sports carb)
new battery (24 month warranty exide evolution)
new brake pads (and shoes on the rear)
new brake drums
new rear brake drum cylinders
new master cylinder
new booster cylinder
new wiring (80%, done by me, qualified auto elec)
Air Con fixed and tested.
new headlights
new tail lights
new blinkers
new headlight surrounds
new fuel pump
new sports filter assembly
new muffler (sports 2 inch)
new hoses and belts (all of them)
new CV seals and boots
new front tyres (rears are 80-90%)
new timing belt
new steering arms
new steering and front suspension bushes (nolothane)
top end checked, tappets adjusted etc.
all new dizzy internals
top gun 8 mm leads
new rear shocks (sports, gabriel versions of the GT Gas ones)
new wheel bearings all round
just been re tensioned and re greased.

2 x 12 inch subs
4 channel amp
mp3 cd deck
front 6 inch 3 ways (with extra tweeters on dash)
100w driving lights (with switch in cab for legal reasons)
tow bar


the only things i havent replaced are front shocks (which seem ok anyway), engine (good comp, no oil consumption or smoke, low km's), glass(why would I?) and interior (suprisingy good nick)

absolute beast to drive, super reliable, never had a break down (it wouldn't want to after the parts i put in!)

since dec 2004 it has driven from Darwin to Sydney, then to Canberra (Cooma) where it has stayed (approx 5500km's)
i havent got around to changing rego over to NSW as i have a work car, toy cars (4WD and FATBOY).

repairs/rebuild cost over $2500

perfect first car, very zippy (keeps up with my work BA which isn't hard, high15 second quarters according to numerous G-tech runs), very reliable, and great on fuel.

I know its not a holden....but...... WHAT?
If I was looking to buy a Mitsubishi Colt I wouldn't be looking here. Lets not start put this crap on here. Have you heard of Ebay, they will buy any heap of s**t & you will get top dollar.

Thats cool, Goes both ways! Its just the same as if i want to see a Mitsubishi Colt for sale here on a HOLDEN forum I would have asked you to post it.
Good luck selling it anyway.

there is car audio stuff etc for sale on here, that aren't Holden branded or specific.
i just thought someone might want a cheap runabout for there kid etc.
I actually do own a Holden, so maybee i should be praised for selling this and still keeping my

You're talking about setting guidelines up about what you're allowed to sell. Whilst you are degrading people for selling items. If anything their should be guidlines against people like you.
