what would i have to change to replace my 186 with a 308 with turbo 400 trans in ht panelvan
van is currently manual
do i only have to change engine mounts and gearbox crossmember
radiator
any info would help

Ditch the TH400 for a TH350 and it's a bolt in. What you will need apart from obvious like fuel line, exhaust etc is:
HT/G engine mount adapters and engine mounts (HQ-WB may fit but not 100% sure).
HT/G 253/308 accelerator linkage across firewall and |

i have heard that i can get an adapter plates to change non turbo 308 engine to take turbo 350 trans
are they ok and is that all is needed

Try Greg. Or look in pre mid 1982 WB Statesmans and Commodores except VB's which can also be TH400. |
