hello all, was wondering what the difference was between vn and the old cast heads? Would roller rockers that fit cast still work on vn heads ? Thanks in advance anton

Rocker gear is the same as far as I know. The difference between the heads is the valve order. Have a look at the exhaust manifolds and it's obvious. Cylinders 4&6 and 3&5 have sandwiched exhaust ports on the early heads. The VL EFI units onwards have eve
