Hi guys, A mate is looking to buy a 83 SLE commodore. It is all original and has been stored for 10 years. Has 200,000k's on the clock, and looks pretty immaculate. It is a 253 auto. White in color. Paint is in good nick with no rust.
Now what are these things worth?? The seller wants $2500.
Is it a good deal??

Sounds pretty good, but do a really good search for rust.
If there's any missing/wrecked interior trim or exterior SL/E stuff, budget accordingly, as it's getting hard to find.

I bought an 82 253 SL/E for $3700 12 months ago in Tamworth (see my cardomain link and go to the Commodore page from my member name "99441308").
