Did all HK GTS come with dual horns or were these an option? Was there a difference between series 1 or series II?

Hi tanart.
cloudy has answered the horn question, but what is a series II HK GTS. Are you differentiating '68 production from '69 or are you talking about the 1st and 2nd type 327 engines, which weren't seen in a normal HK GTS anyway.

If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0 |

Some, at least some HK have a horn relay mounted near the horns. It is hard to get.

Hi Warren, do you mean when say a Kingswood was upspecced and the horns are the same (H,L)? Or is there a difference in the horns? It makes me wonder why the GTS/Prem didn't need the relay? Fuse rating maybe?

Relay for extra high note, if high note optioned on Kingswood then no relay.

Hi Warren, do you mean there is a L, H, and Xtra High? Reason I ask is I had a HK 186S Opel Kingswood, all factory, (Console, discs, Kingswood pattern bucket seats with cloth inserts) with twin horns and relay. So this would have had Low and XH? Or H & XH

I've actually got some NOS HK Kingswood bucket seat squabs as you describe ie black with cloth insert. I bought them for the Sadlon vinyl surrounds for GTS seats.
