re stamping of engine numbers Options

I couldn't see how it was possible either.But the guy telling me about it was dead set serious and whats worse is he is right into restoring engines, thats his profession. So guess i'll be finding someone else.

How many diesels are sleeved. Cats Cummins. I dont remember comming across a heavy industry diesel thats not sleeved. compression ratio of 22-28 to 1 then theres a turbo on top
