Anyone know the tension torque specs for the VN/VP V6 engine?? i chasing the conrods/crank mains/ head/rocker gear etc...

Dude,
What series is it. There are different torque values for VN up to 11/90, VN from 11/90 (Series 2) and VP on for various bits. GIve us the nod and I can give you more torque values than you can shake a stick at from Haynes manual.

Hey Bloke, Its 4/93 VP Commodore 3.8L V6 Auto, i have noticed that between the models there was a change between the inlet manifolds and slight changes in the cooling system. in this case the plenum chamber is swept to the sides instead of being more a ve

Main caps - 31 to 39 Nm (then additional 48 degrees) Con rod - 24 to 30 Nm plus 50 degrees Cam sprocket bolt - (single bolt) 190 to 200 Nm
Cylinder head bolts - (in sequence) 34 Nm each, then an additional 90 degrees each, then to 81 Nm. Sequence |
