Never heard the term Flow to HP Rating.
Only CFM (cubic feet/minute) It's done on a flow test rig measuring the volume of air through each port in a 1 minute time frame. These test rigs nowadays are all electronically controlled. Not like the ones I've

I think there is an equation for multiplying the CFM to get a horsepower figure. I think its somewhere around the x 2 mark.
Ill check my book at home and post the figure.

yes, much better off working the VN heads with the $1500 youd spend on procomp. the COME alloys are $2500 bare. they are a very good head.
If nissan motorsport is nismo, then doesn't that make honda motorsport Homo?

According to Max Ellery's "How to rebuild and hotrod Holden V8"..."to calculate horsepower, multiple CFM by 2.174."

Shows you how silly a 350cfm carby on a 202 is.

Sorry for the confusion here, when referring to CFM it is the CFM of the heads not the carby.
The standard heads (XT5)exhaust flow 110 CFM on a blue 308. Using 110 * 2.174 = 240 odd horsepower.

Yeh, Aftermarket alum or iron heads will fit a 307 chev. As someone else said, steer clear of pro comp stuff. These days it's cheaper to buy a new set of heads than getting old heads ported etc. Plus the aftermarket ones will usually flow better out of
