Hi Andrew,
Everything you have will bolt straight on. Does the box still have the pitman arm attached? If it doesnt you will either have to find another one to fit to it or remove the one off your manual steering box. They are a bugger to get off unless

If its an HQ or an HJ built before Feb 76 it will already have the short steering arms.

The pitman arm off the manual box has a different diameter & spline, so it will not fit. You need the correct power steering pitman arm.

Rhys, be careful telling

If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0

Sorry guys, didnt mean to mislead. I was speaking of my experiences in doing a once off conversion.

Dr Terry, when did the metric threads and different hoses come in? What mistakes do a lot of people make when doing this conversion?

It will fit, I have just done the same thing to my HJ. It should not even efect your front end alignment. make sure you have the steering shaft flexible coupling with it as it is different to the manual one.

Pete.
