Some of those numbers don't look correct. Maybe the plate is badly stamped, damaged, corroded or just dirty.
The first 5 digits should be something like 80180, which is for a 6-cyl Belmont ute. Other ute numbers are 80280, 80380 or 80480, for V8 Belmont, 6-cyl Kingswood & V8 Kingswood, respectively.
The G refers to HG series & R = right hand drive.
563-13134 is Dulux code for Glacier White, which is unusual in an HG, where the 'normal' white is Kashmir White. Although having said that Glacier was available on fleet order.
The the first part of the TRIM number (131-12A) isn't correct either. 131 belongs to a two-tone paint scheme in FJ. A Glacier White HG should be TRIM prefix 1821.
The second part of the TRIM number (12A) refers to the interior which for this code should be Red.

Pagewood HG plates are hard to read, the 8’s especially. It is probably built during HQ passenger production hence the HQ white. |

Chassis number in firewall behind the engine should start AHG and end in an S.
