Assuming your alternator charge rate isn't going over 14.2 volts & you're using quality globes, I can't explain it. Dr Terry

I'm not familiar with HK electrics so adapt as required. Pull the connector off the headlight and connect a multimeter, fuse or test light to each terminal. See what happens. Maybe measure the voltage and amps when you turn the lights on or flip from high to low and back again? Do the same with the dip switch. Could it be a fault in the headlight switch? Try and find out what is happening. Do it with the engine running as well as turned off. Dunno. Sounds very irritating so good luck.

Rank: Member Reputation: Groups: Registered Joined: 20/05/2022(UTC) Posts: 13 Location: Queensland Thanks: 1 times		Hi All I replaced the headlight switch as I think the bio strip for the headlights in the switch may have been the problem The connector plug on the right side near accelerator pedal was played with I put a couple of test lights on the right hand headlight plug and they are dipping from test light to test light from high to low beam So all seems to be working ok 👍🏻 Thanks heaps for the input Thanks Again
