As mentioned, I have a 3.36 Banjo LSD requiring a rebuild (still running - not damaged, just loose). Any recommendations in East/South East side Melbourne who know what they are doing and can accurately machine spacers between the cones and gears as required, set-pre loadings, etc, etc.

Any recommendations welcome or forum users who can complete.

I have not repaired one of these for a long time but, I machined the cones until they did not touch the bottom of the housing & then used standard Holden shims ( I had lots of diffs in bits ) to get the tension on the cones & mesh of the spider gears correct . Hope this helps Mark.
