This should be a simple problem, but I can't solve it as I don't have a wiring diagram. If anyone could shed some light that would be appreciated...

Basically the flasher can in the girl's VS wagon is not getting the +12V when the ignition is on, so the indicators don't work. Everything else seems to work, even the hazards. As a temporary measure I have removed some wiring from the back of the hazard light switch so that the indicators now work perfectly providing you have the hazard light switch turned on.

All fuses seem OK, and short of a workshop manual I can't figure it out.
Any ideas?

Common issue with VR/VS. The fault is in the hazard switch.
When the blinkers fail, wiggle the switch (don't press it all the way in) and they will come good.

You've "solved" the issue by wiring around the problem.
Cheers,

Mick
