Hello,my Aussie 307 heads have a part no 3917290,and a single hump cast in to the front.What are they?Are they the orig's?Cheers,Mick

These are 327 heads ,not original,yours should be...3795896...3911032.etc (about five different types).probably the 3911032"s...what number is the manifold?Its hard to fit a manifold that doesn't match so to speak.I have an 327 engine that your heads fit.

Those heads are standard truck type small valve 1968-70 327 heads. These were also fitted to 327's as fitted to early HK GTS327 and all Aussie assembled 1968 Impala, Parisienne etc with 327ci SBC. They are not really that much different to the original 307 heads from HK-HT with 307 (3911032 as Jim says).
