Howdy all, just a quick question, is the radiator support panel on the WB statesman the same as the panel on the standard ute?

Thanks

Bill

They are different but you can cut and modify the standard one to suit the statesman lights, I think you also have to make brackets to hold the bumperettes

Thanks for that. Luckily the donor ute for the project has the right radiator panel, i'm just trying to get as much work done on the new body as i can before i go to pick it up.

Heres a link to the thread i started on justcommodores about the project http://forums.justcommod...e-called-mrs-marsh.html

(Not sure where to start a build thread here)

You just have to replace the uprights that hold the grille with Statesman ones. Not a 5 minute job, but can be done with a bit of hard work.

I don't think it matters from memory Adam, you just remove the round headlight mounts off the support to turn it into a square headlight one.

Square headlight it is. I've found a few pics of panels on ebay and compared em to the one i have here and they are different, just like you guys said!

Thanks for the replies, this has gotta be one of the fastest response websites i've ever been part of and your help is appreciated!

Cheers

Bill
