Can anyone give any solutions for removing a roll master crank shaft gear as the previous engine builder has installed it incorrectly.
we have tried using a puller as it has bolt holes either side of the pulley but we hav'nt been able to remove it with the pullers as I'm a bit concerned about the bolts snapping

put a bit of tension on it with the puller and using an lpg torch add a bit of heat around the crank gear.

With the tension from the puller, as soon as its ready it will "pop" and hopefully come off all the way.
