Pontiac Parisienne or Chev Impala, 1968 series built here by GMH from 1968 through into the 70's. Car was assembled at Dandenong plant that the engine came from.

Australian built Chevs/Pontiacs/Bedfords etc have a body id plate with simular info to the Holdens/Toranas/Geminis etc.

So if you put the details up they can be interpreted here.

Chevrolet engines were given engine numbers depending on plant, so Brisbane chev engine numbers are between 00001 and 9999, whilst Sydney was assigned 10000 to 39999 and Melbourne 40000 to 73999 etc.

BODY 68-16439-12 (1968 model, Model type ie 4 door sedan, 12th built)
TRIM 1150-72 A (Silver Mink Metallic with unknown trim) I do not have the info on trim codes for these cars, and as they are unique to Holden built cars it is hard to find this info. But I believe it will be basic red interior of HK type vinyl.
PAINT 587-1704 (Silver Minl Metallic)
