Hi all, the hk t g boot emblem, are they installed using speed nuts if so what size are they, or are they the push in type badge mounting inserts?
Cheers Rob

Hi. The model badge on the boot is held with pressed metal speed nuts. The letters on van and wagon tailgates are held with tubular push in clips.
I don't have any of the correct nuts around to help you with the sizing unfortunately, but I can tell you they different to the speed nuts used to hold the heater halves together.

Thanks
It's the emblem like the HK grille emblem but is horizontal , fits on the top edge middle of the boot lid, the speed nuts appear to be 1\8 inch diam and 5\16 inch sae socket as I took one from the side rear quarter mould and tried it, perfect fit.
Have ordered some from rares.

Appreciate your help?
Rob
