I have a Hk GTS. the plastic trim that sits behind the wood grain insert on the glove box lid is cracked all the way through so I need to replace it. What I'd like help with is if this part is unique to the hK GTS or if I could use one from a Premier, kingswood or regular Monaro? are the holes for attaching the various badges and insert trim all the same?

thanks, Simon

AFAIK the Premier and Brougham ones are identical to GTS, even the badge holes. Not sure about the Monaro/Kingswood one, these are textured from memory and may not take the Premier/GTS/Brougham insert. I have NOS examples of most of them but would have to go looking to find them.

Agreed. I believe that the Monaro GTS, Premier & Brougham items are the same for HK.

The Kingswood & Monaro have a one-piece plastic casting which includes the badge itself, so they could possibly be used if the badge script was ground off. It may be of a different thickness though.

Belmonts do not have a glovebox lid trim.

If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0
