Hi guys,

just read this on OH.com, so using the formula 186x4500/3456 (cid x rpm/3456) to find the required CFM makes my 186 want a 242ish cfm carby. my Q is what is the CFM of a single barrel stromberg, + a ww 2 barrel?

Cheers,
Elton.

if anything, go a bit bigger, rather than smaller.
even a 300cfm.
you will lose a bit of responsiveness, nut with correct jets, it will go well, and leave room for further improvements like exhausts, cams, rebuilds etc.
